I placed an order in Click&Collect, how do I retrieve it?

As our stores have recently reopened, you can now go there to pick up your package delivered shortly before the start of the containment.

To do so, all you will need is your ID and the invoice for your order.

Please note that some stores have not yet received prefectoral authorisation to reopen, we advise you to consult our Store Locator by clicking here to see the status and opening hours of your store.
