What means of delivery are currently available?

Colissimo continues to provide home delivery for all orders placed on our online site. However, your parcels remain delivered without signature in order to limit human contact. Our partner continues its efforts to ensure your safety and that of our carriers even after the confinement.

Moreover, thanks to the recent reopening of most of our stores, we have made Click&Collect delivery available to you as of Tuesday, May 12, 2020. From now on, your orders can be delivered to the available stores.

Please note that if your store is not on the list, it has not yet been authorized to reopen.

Even if the Mondial Relay network is gradually resuming its activity, this method of delivery will unfortunately not yet be offered for your orders. We are waiting for the network to fully resume its activity in order to offer it to you again.
